The Dynasty
Inherited a fraternity lacking consistency, structure, and accountability.
We standardized induction, saluting, and fraternal practices nationwide, creating a unified experience across every chapter. We re-established expectations, enforced the Brotherhood Code of Conduct, and brought discipline back to leadership. At the same time, we modernized communication, restructured leadership bodies, and rebuilt our national brand driving over 500% growth in engagement and restoring credibility to Lambda’s public image. This wasn’t maintenance.
This was a reset.
2022–2024 — Delivered Results
Once the structure was in place, the results followed.
- Reached 1,100+ active brothers, the highest in fraternity history
- Achieved +94.7% growth in active membership
- Revived struggling chapters and expanded national presence.
- Reduced induction fees for the first time in history
- Built operational systems resolving long-standing financial issues and saving the organization over $200,000+
We reinvested directly into the brotherhood:
- Provided every undergraduate chapter with branded recruitment materials
- Launched the largest national event in Lambda history (700+ attendees)
- Reactivated the Lambda Theta Phi Foundation after 10+ years
- Expanded systems like Microsoft 365, HubSpot CRM, and national data tracking
- Introduced the Induction Tracker and reformed processes to address risk and accountability
